Bosenat 62.5mg Tablet is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

How to use Bosenat Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Bosenat 62.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Bosenat Tablet works
Bosenat 62.5mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by suppressing the action of endothelin, a natural substance that tightens the blood vessels and prevents normal blood flow in patients who have pulmonary hypertension.
